As part of the street work carried out in the gay scene in Düsseldorf, Aidshilfe Düsseldorf employees also go to places, where male-to-male prostitution is taking place, or where sexual services are traded. Here, the often very young men receive condoms, lubricant or informational brochures, as well as consultation services and, where required, further assistance and support.

In addition to subject matters like professionalism and safer work, the focus is also on the passing on of information and means of protection from HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
